As always, excellent service! Video walk-throughs are awesome - going through your vehicle's current condition and showing when filters are dirty and need changing. Estimates are easy to read through and approve additional service and the service advisors make it super simple to communicate in a way that works for you. Inspection on front end. Said found nothing. Brought to oil change they noticed brake calipers leaking and fluid leaking From under which should have been caught if they were doing their jobs. Noticed my engine fan on but didn't look at problem nor did say anything til I was almost out the door.

Valet service picked up my Super Duty and returned it when the work was completed. I had four recalls done. Took a while to get the drive shaft, as I was almost ready to leave for Arizonia. Service was great in communication as the status of the parts. Made it before I was to leave. Great service, great people to work with.

Vehicle was worked on promptly. I have some difficulty paying about $100 for what amounts to an oil change in the not so distant past. Only $50 for wiper blades, so total of $150+. I had a coupon for $62.95 but didn't include full synthetic, but I got $10 off on another coupon. Everyone was friendly, but over priced, in by estimation.

Brought in for an oil change. They parked it outside when it was done. My husband could smell oil as we walked up to it. Started it and the smell of oil got stronger. He shut the car off and opened the hood and they forgot to put the oil cap back on when they were done. Oil sprayed all over under the hood.
