The service is great, the employees superb, BUT 9 am appts. for a oil change and tire rotation should NOT take over THREE HOURS wait. The scheduler should be aware of the shortage of manpower apparently and schedule accordingly. All of the customers were getting upset with the LOONNNNGGG wait. Please take care of this matter so you dont lose customers, because the mechanics do GREAT!!!

After waiting 4 hours to get vehicle service, was told they would not be getting to my car in that day. Vehicle had not moved since i dropped it off, zero phone call or communication to tell me they couldn't get to it that day. Took my vehicle to another dealer to get the service.

I was just getting my car serviced and had a 1:45 appointment. I dropped it off at 1:30 and walked to a restaurant to pick up something to eat. Before I left the restaurant, the service staff called and said my car was ready. I appreciate the quick turnaround and would go there again.
