The staff were wonderful. They just painted the keyhole cover. Literally, the size of a quarter. It cost $90 ($60-labor and $30-fees). I would love to know what fees were involved and how long it actually took to paint. Just seemed a bit excessive for something this small.

had coupons for 2 air filters i asked to be changed. showed me how bad they were and replaced. great service. however, the nail in my tire that wasnt loosing air they said they couldnt fix. asked them to leave it alone. had to talk to 3 people to tell them just leave it along. then the first guy came out said he took it out and its not leaking. what if it would have been? would you have replaced the 6 month old tire? doubt it...

Drop off and pick up was easy, and customer care staff was pleasant. Inspection was insufficient and incorrect. I specifically asked for focus on transmission and brake problems. Neither was identified as problem/in need of repair/replacement by the dealership... but both were "serious" problems found by 2 other repair shops, and were replaced within a couple weeks following the dealership Inspection.

I have an extended warranty on my truck. Brought it in for a growling noise and squeak when turning left into a parking lot. Took 2 weeks some of which was waiting on approval. The tech didn't get my lug nuts tight and I lost 5 out of 8 lug nuts. And truck still growls when turning left and now has a rattle that wasn't there before.

Was easily the worst service experience we have had , had issues 3 times with not being corrected right, manager was called, left messages still has not reached back out to us. Better to drive to Kansas City than go here
