I like that if they have the. Parts, they do good service and return within a reasonable time. I don't like that if they don't have a specific auto part , and they need to order it ; they won't call back to fix it, until you customer call back again. Even, if they say they will call you.

Service was pretty efficient. Javier is exceptional at his job. He communicated everything I need to hear. Great customer service. The servicing team are pretty great too. I noticed they cleaned up pretty good after they finished working. Car was pretty clean and they didnt try to charge me for extra stuff.

I went for an oil change and a recall. The Mechanic did a poor job fixing the recall and mess up and damage other parts. When I told the Service department, they did not show interest on the damage. I had to take my vehicle again, to get the issue fixed. The service advisor said the issue is fix and did not even apologize for what had happen. I will be filling a Complaint with VW corporate. Thank you VW of Laredo.
