Dealership was nice Salesmen pleasant All they have is a doc fee. No other garbage fees. Didn't buy auto. Had an odor. The bought from a Mercedes dealer. Why didn't the Mercedes dealer try to sell it before auctioning so fast. To me that was a red flag that something wasn't right. If it didn't have smell and questions about history,we Would have bought that day. We are still looking

The crew when you check in are friendly, and they know what's going on. When they give you an estimate of the time it will take (I brought my car in for a lube/oil/filter and a tire rotation), they're right on the mark. And, they explain anything out of the ordinary that the mechanic discovers. In my case, there was a small bit of one of my tires that was missing -- whether I bumped a curb or something else -- but I was assured that it did not endanger the tire, and the mechanic thought it not wise to do the rotation. I was advised to keep an eye on that tire and bring it right back if something changed. The mechanic who worked on my car had an eagle eye out, and I appreciated the honesty.
