When I arrived, both bays were occupied. No one greeted me or told me about how long the wait would be. It turned out to be about 20 minutes.
It has been a while since took a car in for an oil change. Six quarts of synthetic oil and a filter cost $125 minus a $25 discount = $100. I thought it expensive, but maybe that is normal.
I neither recommend this business nor do I discourage using its services. Sorry, folks.

The oil change before this one, they forgot to tighten my oil filter so it leaked all over my drive way. They gave me 20 % off this oil change but that does not fix my driveway. Email the corporate office about it and nothing but crickets.

They were very professional and friendly, changed the filter on the inside of the car (behind the glove box, it was soo dirty) Noone has ever done that one. I always go to American Lube and will continue to do so. I am very pleased with my service!!

I go there pretty regularly. Very slow today. I was there almost two hours. The battery checker was defective so when I was told the battery, which I bought there, needs to be replaced I asked them to check the warranty. After four people got involved it wasn't the battery and they would not have covered the warranty because they no longer carry interstate batteries. I wonder how many other people were sold unnecessary batteries.

The staff was very quick and helpful. They explained any issues they found and asked me in advance to work that issue or leave it alone. They also priced everything out when I asked the question. It was a great service and I would recommend to anyone. 15 minutes and I was out with an oil change, new headlight lamps, license plate lamp, and air intake filter.

My daughter went to get an oil change, and now she has a leak. She didn't have a leak before. Took it back to the shop and the guys worked to fix the issue, Happy to say they were able to determine what the problem was and fixed it right away. Great group of guys there!

Disappointing. Was told appointment for oil and filter change on 2019 Pilot was not necessary and best time was between 1-3 pm. Arrived at 2 pm and was informed that there would be a 2 hour wait.
See no reason to bother with having future maintenance done at dealership.

Service was fast and polite. The staff was very knowledgeable about what was needed to bring my vehicle up to par. They changed the oil and filled my radiator checked my tire pressure and pointed out that I needed new wipers as mine wrrr wore out. I would recommend their service to anyone. .......Tommy Morton

I have been using this shop exclusively for 5 years and I will never return after this past visit. They seemed to be distracted which I found odd as they weren't busy. Since that visit the check engine light on my vehicle has come on twice which has led to the air filter module. These are the first time in the 7 years that I've owned this car the check engine light has come on. I was told twice that the air filter was fine. They replaced the cabin air filter which took two individuals 15-20 minutes to complete. I'm not even sure if it was installed properly. I have to many questions and problems with my vehicle since this last visit. They gave me some Carfax paperwork that is definitely not complete as several of the things that are listed as needing attention have already been done. The most important of them all is the new transmission that was installed and paid for in 2024. This business is a quick oil change shop and nothing else. Carfax if you need up to date maintenance records on my vehicle I suggest you contact me. I've got completed work orders along with mileage and receipts.
