Did not get my window sticker for the second time and they did not tell me to reset my oil change reminder. I had to do that myself when the reminder came on. The service part of the visit was ok but i have visited them twice now and both times I had to come back later due to computers being offline and the oil truck was blocking the service bays. I know that can't be helped but the sticker and the reset should have been done consistently.

The service was good. I dont have any complaints about the oil change itself. However, I almost ended up driving away, because I was told if I didnt provide my address to them, I couldnt get an oil change. This cant be a policy. If is a company preference thats one thing. However state and federal laws must be followed and in compliance before any company policies or preferences can be enforced . I should not have been forced to list a address in order to have my oil change completed. I didnt make issue. Although, I have thought about submitting a written complaint to BBB and other governing agencies. This could have been someone daughter who didnt want to give out her physical address to an all male staff or someone who didnt want their address listed to where their vehicles are kept. The more I think about it the more Im irritated about it now.
