I was originally scheduled to drop my truck on Wednesday night, but Toby called and said he had an opening Wednesday afternoon which worked out much better for me. The connectivity in the lounge area worked great allowing me to get some work done while I was waiting. Very convenient and the work was completed in a very reasonable amount of time with no issues.

2 - handled my private warranty coverage for me making the process painless, and getting me the proper coverage I had paid for.
3 - made some minor repairs (secured bumper, additional fasteners, labor) at no charge.
Definitely recommend and will return.

Coolant leak was very hard to find, but Alpha & Omega stuck with it and found the location. With that information, they knew what parts to replace, even in a very difficult area. Total repair was completed and tested professionally.
I will use them again if I have other car troubles.

People there are very nice. Problem was they did not fix one of the problems. Tailgate would not go up sometimes. They charged me to replace a switch but it did not fix problem. Had to take it back and they replaced the lift shocks before getting approval from warranty company which they did not pay for. Still not sure the problem is fixed but sounds like it was the best they could do.

My A/C stopped working, and I had to have the compressor, evaporator, & belt replaced. They did an excellent job at a reasonable price. I am a repeat customer, and will continue to take my cars to Alpha & Omega in the future as they are very trustworthy folks.

These guys rock. They gave me a great price on the engine replacement, recommended the right direction to go, kept me in the loop through the process, and were done inside a week. They even were cool when the bank was being a pain about releasing funds.

Overall, they provided excellent service in a timely manner. And, I thought the prices charged were appropriate for the services performed, and less than what the dealer would charge. Excellent experience. I had a hybrid with a battery issue. They replaced my two batteries and reset my car's computer. When I purchased my car, the EV mode never worked (I did not know this) but no error codes. After replacing my batteries they probably restored my computer making it run as intended from the factory.
