Hi Chris, I am sorry you think we took advantage of your wife. We offer items that are needed and show the customer the item , in this case their old filter. And we give them the price. The cabin air filter was 24.66. We also offered her a disinfectant called frigi-fresh which kills germs and bacteria. This item sells for 11.99 and is offered because the air that we breath comes through this air filter. If the customer wants it and needs it we install it for them. We never take advantage.
