Jeff to the rescue! My belt broke over the weekend. I immediately emailed Jeff. As soon as he came in Monday morning he called me. He said that they had a full schedule but to bring it in and they'll get to it before the end of the day. So I had it towed in. I know for a fact no other dealership would make the time and effort for their customers like Kia does. I'm so happy knowing when something goes wrong, I'm well taken care of.

Aloha KIA of Maui "updated" the software on our dashboard console. The radio, GPS and Apple Player has been disabled ever since. Have gone back, they said they redid it and it still doesn't work. Going back for a third time and hoping to get the ability to play music in the car again.

I appreciated the friendly customer service. It was also completed on time. I also appreciate the extra services of driving you and picking you up somewhere in town if you are waiting for service which I have used in the past. However, have waited in the lounge area which was great. I appreciated use of wifi, and snacks which made me feel my wait time went by quickly! Mahalo, Aloha Kia of Maui!
