I liked the customer service when I arrived and when I was finishing up. However I did not care for the booking service because they did not have my appointment due to a human error although I did get an email confirmation and a calendar confirmation which led me to believe my appointment was confirmed when in fact it was not that was quite disappointing but the customer service was great thank you

I like the contact with the service advisorhe kept in contact with me to Check on what needed to be completed and asked before proceeding. I had to wait extremely long before getting an appointment. I was even called to ask to push the date back but because of the service code I got, I was afraid to Drive my car to avoid damage to my car. I was without a car for almost a month.

The car maintenance was per usual. However, why doesn't the service rep see me before I left, if I had any questions. Which I did - car was loud, remained loud while driving. Service rep never returned my call when I left a message. Highly disappointed with you guys after more than 12 years of Kia car. Put the Aloha back in "ALOHA KIA"....

This time they couldn't find me in their files at arrival. I was there for an appointment to fix a recall. Took some time to get them going on my car but I was out of there in no time. The guy who helped me was there on his last week. Don't know why because he was more or less the only one who knew what he was doing.

I liked that I was able to get the appointment quickly and without any hassles. I am a little concerned about the technician's readings for the brakes. I had the front brakes replaced, but not the rear. On the inspection report it shows the rear brakes have went from 3 (when the front brakes were replaced) to 7 on this last visit.

Took months to get in, they 'lost' our original appointment and after several calls, finally got an appointment two months later. Then had to file with Kia Corporate and called a local 'customer complaint' company before ever hearing whether our call qualified under their warranty or return our numerous calls. Worse service ever and I'd give no stars if possible.

I liked nothing about the service the customer service is terrible they don't call when service is complete your car sits in the the lot for hours if your not there waiting and they never call when a part for the car has come in to be installed worse I ever had to deal with would give 0 stars if was allowed

Going in for a scheduled appointment then when you get there you asked if they can put on the recall part, "car trim" and they only do the trim without doing the schedule service appointment. Tell the person that they didn't do the service and he tells me that it was a missed communication. And this wasn't the 1st time. And I only had this car over 1yr only. Sad.

Had an appointment to fix a broken part. Brought in at 7:30am and it wasn't "ready" until 4:30pm. In all actuality, what was supposed to be fixed didn't get fixed. This is the 3rd time having an issue with my new car. Staff wrote it off like it was so big deal since service was about to close for the day and to just "bring my car in again next time." Waste of my time and I took off work to get this done.

Engine stalled on freeway possible siezed engine. Towed into Kia dealership. Made an appointment to have diagnostic. Vehicle left at Kia for 3 months before they even looked at it. Finally they diagnosed my vehicle determined it siezed needs recall on engine. Long story short i got my vehicle back 8 months later. SAD
