From making the appointment to servicing the vehicle to going over what was performed, a five star rating! Everyone was stellar! However the bathroom was atrocious and in need of a deep cleaning. It does not reflect how professional and superb everything else is.

Warranty visit (software update) at no cost to me for my 2021 Kia Telluride. They even washed the vehicle complimentary. Talked to "Joey" at the service center to set up my appointment. Very friendly and courteous on the phone as well as in person upon drop-off. Will plan all future maintenance here rather than drive the extra distance to Hilo Kia as I had additionally purchased the 60K maintenance package.
