Everyone is always so nice and friendly there. Even if I have to wait awhile while my car is being serviced, I don't mind because they always do an excellent job, and go over the invoice of what they have done to my car and explain everything so I understand plus they always wash and vacuum the car ! Great people, great place !!

I waited for the replacement parts to be installed, had coffee, read and in a couple of hours, my car was ready. simple, friendly, done. Good job. Al offered a coupon for a car wash as they were short of employees that day to do the finishing car wash I've come to enjoy there. I thought that was a very nice gesture.

We were told our battery needed to be replaced and would have to purchase a new one... but the warranty was still in effect. We have 2021 KIA Sportage. It wasn't until my wife asked why we had to pay for a new battery if the car is only 3 years old. We just wondered why the warranty wasn't checked in the first place.

First rate. They are ordering a part for the car and I'm hoping it comes in soon because my driving safety is in jeopardy. The 75,000-mile check-up didn't cost as much as I expected it would. Yeah! The staff was friendly and tried to attend to the out-of-stock parts. They always wash my car, which makes me feel lovely on top of having my Kia run well.
