I have to reschedule another appointment as their assessment/assumption did not resolve or identify the starting issue. My thought is that it was not fully diagnosed. I am not sure if I would recommend them; it depends on how this is handled, meaning out-of-pocket money and time to have them check again. They should be the experts.

Checked in car 9:00. Estimate given was before lunch. Was not done til around 12:45. Updates would have been nice. I had to check for completion time. This is first time it took much longer. I have checked no because I think service has declined slightly.

The service department did not take care of the main problem with my car. They tried to have me pick up my car while it wasn't able to accelerate properly and wasn't street safe. The service department has had my car for the better part of May and I still have no update on when I'll be able to pick it up, and they are unable to give me a loaner while they have my vehicle. They are understaffed and overwhelmed with work.

I emailed them twice, and they never responded about the car that I was interested in. It has since been sold out from under me. They DID put me on their mailing list to get my inbox clogged with ads for cars that I am not interested in. One more thing to do is to unsubscribe which usually takes weeks to get removed.

I test drove the car "A" warning light was on. I purchased the car under the condition they will fix it. of course they promised they will fix it. I picked the car two weeks later in Maui car still has warning light on. Now I am waiting for appointment to be inspect. It is over 3 weeks now ...

The staff was very courteous and helpful. When I picked up the car initially the check engine light was on and the agent took the car back to the mechanic. The car was ready a 2nd time about 2 hours later. Vehicle runs well, with no problems. The gentleman that helped me provided outstanding service. Thank you.

Maria at the front desk was phenomenal. She was very friendly, accommodating and very helpful. The drivers for the shuttle were very friendly. The only thing that I wish you would bring back is washing the cars like you used to do at the previous location.

The wait time was the killer. I went in for an oil change and found out my car needed some major repairs. I got there at 930a and left at 5pm. I was told my car would be ready around 2p then 3p, 4p came and went and then I was told 20minutes, then 15minutes. I had to be at work at 5pm back in my hometown area of Laie. I had to call my supervisor and apologize that I will be late. This isn't the first time this happened.

Brand new facility, clean and well managed. Service coordinator didn't go over all the work the were going to do at the time I checked in. Ended up doing work that I had already done 2 weeks before at another shop, so I was expected to pay again. At the end of it all, they didn't even give the car a wash as is always touted as a customer perk.

I'm always happy to take my car for service at Aloha Kia. Their employees are very friendly and helpful. They also have a new waiting areas with a lot of seats and is clean and comfortable. The servicing of my car is usually completed in an hour or two at the most, which works for me.

I purchased 4 tires on August 9,2024 and was given a $200.00 rebate certificate. When my wife tried to redeem the rebate she noticed that the coupon expired July 31, 2024. I have tried meany times to contact the service person who sold me the tires and have not been able to. I would like to know if I can still get the rebate. Please can you help me. I have already paid for the tires.

It seemed that nothing was done when I took my car in for servicing. The invoice said "replace sticker", but no new sticker was found on my windshield to show when will be the next time to schedule. It also said "car wash", but my car was still dirty-no sign that it was washed. Not sure if anything else was done, like checking the oil, etc.

Horrible! I wait all day even they told me would take few hours! Non communication the whole time and they didn't even answer their phones! Car came back dirty and it wasn't like that when I bring my car to them.
