The customer service reps were friendly and explained everything that was going to take place with the service. Upon completion, the rep did go over the results of the service and recommendations. I will definitely be bringing my vehicle back for future servicing!

When in for a standards change and it took over 4 hours to complete. Upon complaining about the duration of the service I was later told that oil was spilled on the car and it's taken some time to clean up. Even after receiving my vehicle, I never received the complimentary car wash nor was my change engine oil sensor reset. This was unfortunate and my worst experience from a dealership service department.

I have to reschedule another appointment as their assessment/assumption did not resolve or identify the starting issue. My thought is that it was not fully diagnosed. I am not sure if I would recommend them; it depends on how this is handled, meaning out-of-pocket money and time to have them check again. They should be the experts.

Checked in car 9:00. Estimate given was before lunch. Was not done til around 12:45. Updates would have been nice. I had to check for completion time. This is first time it took much longer. I have checked no because I think service has declined slightly.
