It was expensive to run the test when O already had the code, they did give me a discount, which was much appreciated. The code it threw in addition wasnt in the original quote or discussed until after the original work was done, felt shady. Tech and sales were not on the same page.

The Alliance Team installed new windshield window washers on my 2013 Sprinter 3500. They work too well, most of the spray hits the cab over and do not spray on the windshield. The day I picked it up it was raining and couldn't tell that they were overspraying. The Alliance Auto Care team is very prompt in scheduling everything from oil changes to this wiper repair. I was able to get an appointment quickly for multiple types of service. An invoice was sent with an estimate and prior to completing work a phone call was made with us to get the work and extra cost approved. All things we value. Connor was friendly, knowledgeable and responsive. The owner came out and sat in my Volvo with me to make sure I understood some of the cars operations that are a bit different and gave me some tips prior to me leaving. Nice touch! I would definitely recommend.
