In and out just as advertised. Great service.
We have the extended warranty and the warranty indicates a tire rotation--which is part of our warranty. However, even though we were a bit short on the 5,000 miles, they recommended we not rotate our tires as often as the warranty calls for. They gave a very good reason not to "over-rotate" but it's in the warranty and we are/were under the impression that if we did not following the maintenance guidelines, our warranty would be void. Thank you.

Made deal over the phone, since I despise how car dealerships intentionally keep you hanging around to wear you down mentally. My salesman was great! He was quick, sharp and knew I had little patience w/dealerships. However, this dealership is just like any other; After arriving to pick up car, the last person that you have to see to sign the ppwk in finance had me waiting over 2 hours. OVER TWO Freaking hours and there was only one person in front of me and they had left 2 hrs priorURGH!!
