Got my transmission replaced, price was 700 dollars cheaper, and was told there was a 60 day wait because of a known issue, not at Allen Samuels chevrolet in hearne, these guys got my truck In and transmission replaced in 3 to 4 days job done. The service advisers was very friendly and time efficient.

I had my 10,000 mileage service like usual but this time they told me has an oil leak. I have 2 different kinds of service warranties on my vehicle. They arent honoring either and told me it would $1400. I asked the service guy to check into the lifetime motor warranty and he tells me he doesnt know anything about how the warranty works. He tells me to just trade my car in.

Scheduled to have a new fob activated and key cut, drove 30 miles to be on time and machine to cut key was broke they could have called and told me to reschedule appointment instead I had to make another trip to pick up key once machine was repaired and key was cut
