Truck started misfiring/shaking, check engine light on. Towed to dealer. They kept it 3 weeks. Ran fine for 5 days, then started misfiring/shaking, check engine light on. Dealer couldn't get to it. Said bring it in next week. Then couldn't find anything wrong with it. Needed it during snow. Didn't have it and now don't trust it.

I went in for a front end Alinement and after an hour they came out and told me they couldn't get a bolt loose to do the Alinement so they wanted me to buy the parts new to replace them totaling almost 2000 dollars with labor. And then they charged me for the Alinement they couldn't do. I won't be back

I had an appointment for 1:30 and was sitting in the waiting area within a minute. Not a half hour later, I was informed my oil change was finished. I asked if there were any other issues, and was told all was fine and was given a checklist along with the bill as I paid. The manager and the lady that handled payment were both friendly and helpful. It was another good experience with the service department at Allen Samuels.

Very good service. Service advisor listened to my concerns and asked good questions in response. Took good notes so I didnt have to repeat anything, and explained the services to be performed. Set up my rental and made my appointment convenient for me. Repair was completed in a very reasonable time frame and my truck was returned to me with no problems since. Would recommend this dealer to anyone.

Waited 3 weeks for an appointment.. then no detailed diagnosis.. all generalizations .for $144.00 Didnt diagnose the main issue I took it in for. They were going to charge me another $125 diagnostic fee to TRY to diagnose the MAIN issue that I took it in for.
