Im very disappointed with the vibe the sales rep gave me the way he relayed info wasn't very friendly. I almost was charged extra for a tire rotation luckily I was paying attention to the work done to my vehicle otherwise I would've been charged for service that wasn't done.

Rip off City, besides a ridiculous doc fee they had a "non tax fee" of close to 300 dollars. Then they had the nerve to send an email saying how "motivated" they were to sell. They wanted 166 dollars just to send the sales tax to my home State as I was an out of State buyer. 1 Star would be generous.

the staff seemed efficient to deal with once I was assigned to a service rep (my car had been towed in so I had no point of contact at first) then they got back with me quickly on the problem and it took a few days for the part. when the car was ready they had it in front, gleaming from a good wash and vacuum too!

The last four times I took my Sorento for an oil change, I asked them to check the brakes. This time they finally did. Service person says brakes have only 2mm and 3mm front and rear remaining respectively. I was planning a trip to the mountains last summer. This dealer Allstar Kia of Baton Rouge, LA is dangerous and should not be trusted. Make them show you any brake or mechanical problems before doing any service there.

This service was supposed to address the 2 recalls on my vehicle. When I picked up my vehicle, neither was complete. They had to order a part and they didn't have the latest software to address the other issue. It would have been nice to let me know this when I booked the appointment or at least when I dropped off my car. I will have to take it back when the part comes in and when the software is available.
However, they did clean my car and it looks nice.
