It was a pleasure dealing with humans instead of chat bots or AI computers. I was able to discuss my desired service, the date and time that was convenient for me, and to have it happened as scheduled. I chose to wait for my routine maintenance, and the customer waiting area had comfortable furnishings, Wi-Fi, large screen TV, complimentary coffee, and CLEAN restrooms. In on time, out in less than 45 minutes, and good to go!

The person that was working with me was Baylea and she was absolutely amazing. I had a graduation ceremony to attend that day and she ensured that the shuttle was able to get me to LSU as well as provide transportation back to the dealership. Better than previous time-they actually had the correct tires this time. They also replaced recalled trunk latch. I was there for 2.5 hours. Different people each time you are there, no familiar feel I guess they are having a hard time keeping service staff.

Exceptionally poor customer service and nonexistent communication. Only took a month to get my vehicle fixed (they told me they had several vehicles for over 90 days). My car is extremely vital to both my personal and professional life to ever entrust it to this shop again. They could not care less and they made sure I knew it.

The part was back ordered for several weeks. The vehicle wasnt drivable. The dealership had my vehicle for almost three weeks. The dealership would not provide a FREE rental or loaner vehicle. We went up the chain to Hyundai Corporate and they didnt help with it either. For my first major service job on this vehicle, we were not pleased with the service received.
