The time from drop off to pick up was amazingly prompt. My only issue comes from the fact that they requested the authorization for the work through text but never followed up with me on call about what was involved or how long it was gonna take. It was a surprise up until I made a follow up call myself.

All Star takes weeks just to look at the vehicle. After looking at and diagnosing the vehicle it takes an additional multiple weeks before the work is complete. When I received the truck, it was found that only some of the issues were properly diagnosed and fixed. I spent entirely too much money just to have to fix a few other items myself after.

The service was excellent. Tracy was awesome in explaining all that was done, and things that needed to be done. There was NO pressure and when scheduling for a "Recall" issue, Tracy made sure we had a Lender car so we could go to work. Wonderful people to work with. Dealer said the code on my new truck did not have a fix. They had me put in a case with Chrysler to resolve. This is the Third time my truck had been back to the dealer for the same issue. P050E code. Not entirely the Dealership but they need to help with the resolution through Chrysler.
