Disappointed that the tire rotation is no longer included with the Oil change package, and the price of the oil change increased drastically. I was not told this prior to dropping my car off. This package and customer service is why I have always chosen the Chevy house for my oil changes.

TERRIBLE! I drove 2 hrs to pick up my vehicle, when I drove it a couple of blocks it still made the sound I originally took in to get fix. I was charged for struts and mounts but that obviously was not the issue. I was charged 1000 plus for parts that were not the issue.

It's Electrical, and that's one tricky thing to find and fix. Contact with the customer is mainly via texting, with a link to see the status of your car. That's the way they do things in today's world. After 10 days, it was completed.

I liked the service rep. What I didn't like was the service charge. I have first-hand knowledge of the time it takes to program a new key fob in my car. It takes just about ten minutes -- if that much. I witnessed this myself the last time I had to replace it. Yet, I was charged over $100 for this procedure. If I need to replace it again, I will definitely choose the previous vendor.

Evap core needed to be replaced, which is behind the dash. Well nothing was put back right none of the dash was clipped back in all the way. The dash rattles now didn't before. They broke my switch for my subwoofer didn't say anything. I just happened to find the switch in the back seat with everything they took out of the center console for some reason.
