I asked for my vehicle to be ready at 3.30, due to an appt. I didn't get my vehicle until 4.10. Was "told" sit down. Very rudely. I ended up being late for my appt.
I also was informed there was an issue with my brakes, I took my car to another professional who had replaced them in the last year. I was told the calibers turned, nothing was grinding, and the pads we're wore through. brakes were fine
For the most part, usually their service is most excellent.

We are so sorry that we did not meet your expectations at your last visit. If our office staff was anything other than helpful during your visit I apologize. We want all of our customers to receive excellent customer service. When the work on your vehicle was approved it slightly after 1:30 pm in the afternoon, and our service writer advised that we could get the work done that day, by 4:00 pm. We would like to show you in person the thickness measurements on all your 8 of your brake pads.

The diagnostics process was great, and my vehicle didn't need any paid diagnostic services. Once we identified what needed to be done, I checked prices at several shops and, in the end, had the work done here for a reasonable price, one or two items by priority until it was done. One procedure required parts that had to be ordered, so I waited until they'd arrived and had the car there first thing in the morning, but they were still missing some parts, so I couldn't get it back when I needed it.
