This dealership Service Center are not knowledgeable to repair of Range Rover.
After 3weeks of leaving the car with them,I picked it up on a Thursday and the next day Friday..the same issue that took me to them for 3weeks continued. Now it's been 1month and 2weeks and the car is still not fixed .

Everyone went above and beyond. I contacted the parts department to order my tires, prior to my visit. The parts department notified me as soon as they received the tires. I scheduled an appointment with the service department to have the tires mounted and balanced. My appointment went very smooth and my vehicle was ready when stated. Thank you Alfa Team!

Very bad service, the phone line is never picked up when you call to know the situation of your car, there is no loaner service if your car needs to stay with them. Worst car service center I have ever seen. They will inform you of a call back-Days past and you will hear nothing from them.

The service rep was professional and courteous. The waiting room is comfortable and relaxing. My only complaint is I spent 6 hours there. My appt was at 11 am and I left the dealership at 5 pm. I was there for an oil change and to check my coolant level as the "low coolant" indicator had come on. I expressed that I had smelt coolant in the past and wanted them to check for a coolant leak. No leak was found.

Went to get my first oil change after purchasing my new car, the staff in the service department were extremely help full and notified me of any delays. I was quoted an estimated time that it would take to service my car, they actually finished a lot sooner. The 3 free oil changes you get when purchasing a vehicle at this dealer is such a nice gift that saves lots of money! Great experience

Worst customer service ever. They screen calls. Don't update on vehicle status. Did not fix the issue after having car for a month. Tried to report issue with car after I picked it up (said it was repaired) but could not get anyone to answer the phone nor would the service manager answer my calls or text to his cell. Had to take my care to BMW to get it repaired correctly which of course resulted in our of pocket charges.

Car was in the shop for 5 weeks and shop neglected me. Did not offer any loaner vehicle over that time. Car was done for over a week and they did not contact me to let me know. Terrible overall experience. Going to sell my car and go with a different brand so I never have to go back here again.

Overall dissatisfied with repairs. Service rep Kaylee was great. 3 out of 4 things repaired already broke or came off. Both running boards end caps that were repaired and already hanging loose. The rear cover of the rear console came off almost immediately upon getting home. I emailed pictures as requested but have not heard anything in over 10 days. Repairs are sub standard, Kaylee was the only positive experience.

As with most other dealerships you should never, ever bother to email them. You get half a dozen form emails back, all from different people, and after you've repeated your question(s) a few times you realize that you're not getting any answers, so you move on.

Took the dealership 9 weeks to replace a sensor and my speaker because they sold it to me broken, they just got around to it even though this took place in march. Then I come to pick up my car and they put 61 miles on it, scratched the front, and ruined me leather seats with a huge scratch across them.
