They were prompt in answering questions. But I felt they were not honest or transparent in their communication. They told you what you wanted to hear. Also the pricing kept changing what you thought you were going to pay all of a sudden it was different they constantly added on fees and changing the net price. Also when I tried to express a concern to both the salesman and loan officer about the wrong paperwork all of a sudden they weren't available and was always busy to take my call. Unhappy with this dealership is an understatement. Plus we bought 1 car and leased a second. When they weren't questioned they were fine but was as helpful when asked.
