On 12/29/25, I took the canyon and was kept overnight and these were the items that asked the service technician to check and they are as follows, 1). I requested the engine to be checked in addition 2). an intermittent launching of the transmission on up hill 3). The dome light contacts had been broken during the replacement of the dome light bulbs I was not notified that vehicle was going to be kept overnight, and I was told on a follow up conversation the the technician had tried to contact and had left me message, which I was not able to find in messages. Two of the three were addressed, but the last issue regarding the dome was not addressedthe customer services is too lax and not very responsive in addressing the issues being pointed to the technician by the customer or for that matter not keeping the customer informed. I may have to take it to another GMC dealership to addressed my concerns, I don't trust Alexander GMC in Simi Valley to be very concerned in insuring that the GMC receives good customer service.
