GMC is top notch for its customer service. This isn't a quick lube. So don't expect it done in 20 mins. But if you want quality. This is the place! I choose quality over a budget shop. Every time I go to a budget shop. I always have to pay double to fix it. Here yes you pay a little more. But I've never had to come back to get it fixed. Well Worth the price.

When I walked in to Hyundai, there were three people at computers they did not acknowledge me until I asked. Do I need to take a number. There was a girl sitting at her computer eating breakfast not cool when you're working when I finally got help the person that helped me was very nice and professional. I would recommend them to go to Hyundai if they had a Hyundai car.

The service was fine, but they seemed to be very understaffed. I waited 15 minutes in my car before I was helped for a scheduled appointment. Perhaps someone called in sick that day, but they didn't seem to be in a hurry to help me.

Work completed on time. I had to come back minutes later because a new idiot light came on, and another hybrid cable had to be replaced. If the car had been driven after the first cable was replaced, they would have known it wasn't fixed yet.
