I was extremely disappointed to find that John Miglore is no longer with you. He's the reason I come to your dealership. I did find Jeff to be very friendly, helpful and a plus for Aldermans. He worked hard to find a hose for my Canyon so it passed inspection. Thanks to him I'll continue as a customer. That said you lost a special employee in John. It's the reason you got 4 instead of 5 stars

Our experience was excellent. We had car trouble due to extreme cold (-9 degrees F). They serviced our car as soon as feasibly possible. They ran a complete diagnostic check and reset everything. The staff was friendly and compassionate, the waiting area was comfortable, restrooms very clean, nice vending machines. Everything was under warranty as it is a new car.

My only suggestion for improvement would be that someone come to my car window, while in line for the service building 'drive-in' and tell me the "system and process" for checking in and leaving the car.

When I arrived to pick up the car, they said everything was all set, and then when they were bringing it out to me, they realized that one of the front running lights (not a headlight, like I would know the difference) was out and fixing it took a little over an hour.
