They said they can't fix my lift gate sensor they have to leave it the way it is. Also they just fiddled with my stereo making it sound tinnie instead of actually making it work properly for Bose it sounds like garbage and it came back with my windshield fluid sensor keep saying it's empty but it's full. Not happy at all when my husband called to talk to the Manager he doesn't call back. I will be taking my business to Gladstone Mazda for now on.

My dash screen doesn't come on all the time & the radio also goes out. When I hook my phone to the system it doesn't work all the time. They made sure I had all updates done. They were. They look at the history of issues & nothing showed up. So, they disconnected my phone from the car & the car from my phone then reprogrammed them together again. They told me if still have the problem I would need to bring my car in & drop it off for a bit. It has continued to happen so I called in to make the appt. The gal told me that my car was newer than the recall on this problem. She said I have to work with Mazda Corp to figure out what to do. I don't understand why I am having to do this. My car is still under warranty. I've had this problem since I bought the car. When I called them they had me come in. They would tinker with my phone & tell me to call back if it happened again. My phone isn't the problem. I don't even hook it up & my screen doesn't come on.
