i work in a shop and i also work as a home mechanic to make some extra money and i did a full front suspension rebuild on my car. i brought the car here to get aligned and at first they were awesome. then they called and said my caster bolts were stuck and they'll break if they try removing them. Well that's really sad if they can't remove broken screws and bolts because thats not uncommon and i'm sure that someone could've done it. They told me the caster was only off by 1 degree so i told them not to worry about it. two weeks later and i check the alignment print out and the caster was off by 7.5 degrees and THEY ONLY ALIGNED MY FRONT TOE. Nothing else. and they could have gotten some of the measurements closer to spec. I feel like if the caster bolts broke, someone would've been able to extract it there and i'm not happy that i was told it was off by 1 degree while it was off by 7.5.
