The employees were friendly. I had the oil changed and they said I did not have to pay because out of the free 12 I was given this would be the 11th one. After I signed the service agreement and was getting ready to leave the man who checked me in came back to where I was and told me the free oil changes had run out and I had to pay. Wish I was told that when I called to get the appointment or before I signed for the free one.

Had to get my truck from another dealer. When it came in I was rushed through the purchase paperwork. My truck had a problem with the rear bumper cove being warped and not being noticed during whatever inspection was done when it arrived. Ford would not warranty it so I still have a warped rear bumper cover. I will never buy another ford or shop at Al White dealership.
