I liked the young man that took the car in for service.
Just because it is a lincoln corsair (same as a Ford escape ) to charge $45.00 more for just a oil change and tire rotation. Don't check anything else. Bad car wash ,grease on the door handle. I can go to the Ford dealership and get the same oil change for less. That is what I will do.

Oil change and tire rotation went very well. Technician thought there was a possible crack or gasket leak in transmission however it turned out to be a radiator hose leak. Love the home service but think I will bring the vehicle in where it could get a more comprehensive inspection.

My experience at Alex Karras Lincoln was excellent. The staff is extremely professional, knowledgeable, and pleasant. Stephanie is wonderful at communication and making sure everything was completed in a timely manner. The service of providing a loaner vehicle was great. The gentlemen who dropped it off and picked it up were very nice. The Corsair is fixed now and running well. Thank you for everything!

Splash Guard left loose in wheel well after Mobil apt at home for oil change. Needed to be returned to dealer to fix issue. I had to bring car to dealership for correction of problem, However they did return it to my house. Overall Dealership is responsive and nice to work with. Daniel, Service Advisor is very helpful

Overall good service. Asked them to replace windshield wipers and during first rain wipers noisy, left marks on windshield. Cleaned edges and black marks off edges. Not happy.
