I had to go back 3 times to get a front light bulb ordered and installed. It is the wrong bulb. I asked the service rep to check my vehicle records to see which bulb I had put in about 6 months ago (honda or after market) he didn't do it. Now I have 2 different bulbs in my truck :-(

Jose took great care of me. Lyle Ota also arranged for me to get the best care.I had a vanilla latte while I waited. The restrooms were very clean! I came in for my Maintainance B and it all went so smoothly. Recommendations were suggested but I just wanted the oil change the the tires rotated.

My service advisor, Jeff Faeber, is the best. He's super helpful and kind. He explains well the service being done. I use their shuttle service to go home after I drop off my car. Jeff sends me updates via texts and lets you know when your car is ready for pickup. The service there is above and beyond.

Scheduled appointment and was attending on time. Video was sent when service started. Coupon was used and redeemed with no problem. Service performed within a reasonable timeframe. Only issue being the protective seat cover and floor covering were not removed when complete. Very minor and satisfied overall.

Estimated time for service was good. My mileage adjustment data had been reset to the oil information. I had to return to have it reset to mileage. I was unable to reset it to where I had it upon entering for service on last Thursday. It is alright now.

The work was done well, and the serviceman was quick to show me issues with my car filters, and I was able to communicate to him to have that work done, as well. He also apologized for mistakenly recommending brake work, when that issue was for another customer's vehicle.

My first experience was not great, and I was hesitant in coming back but I gave it one more try as this location is closest to me . It was busy when I dropped off my car, but Jose informed me ahead of time and provided a realistic pick up time . I was called and offered the recommended car services which did not happen the first time . Jose was courteous , professional and communication was great . I would definitely be coming back.
