Overpaid for new brakes that resulted in a "click" every time applied the brakes. I took it back twice and was told problem "fixed", they replaced an item that was causing the sound. Results - still there every time I apply the brakes that wasn't there prior to over paying for new brakes. No confidence.

Customer service was very disappointing. They hit the curb and scratched my wheel. They told me that the screen they ordered would be arriving in 3-5 days, and it didn't arrive for 2.5 weeks. I had to check in with Jorge for updates on delivery consistently. Major lack of communication. I will not be taking my truck back to Airpark.

Do NOT go to Airpark for any type of service. I took my Jeep in to correct an occasional front end wobble. Airpark charged me $926.00 and now I have a constant wobble. Took it back to be repaired and Airpark told me they could not fix it and to take my Jeep somewhere else. No argument there. These people are crooks.

Pretty bad...
Over 2 hours waiting for a scheduled oil change.
Had to get out and look for someine to get my Jeep ready to go.
No windshield service sticker even though I specifically asked for it.
41psi tire pressure instead if 30psi as specifically requested (40"tires)
Nobody in the office.
No service manager available.
Nobody cares...

It was some oddball thing. The service advisor, Tom Raabe. and his technician worked with me to find the issue and make the repair in the most efficient and economical way.
The car is running great now!
Although I have moved out of their service range, so to speak, i will try to have Airpark continue to service the car.

Friendly staff, but service department apparently did not check tire pressures during a routine oil change and tire rotation. Later that day, dashboard display showed very low pressure in one tire and uneven pressure levels between tires. Had to add air to tires at home.

Gave 4 stars because they gave us an exhorbitant quote for additional things to 'fix'. We chose to get the oil change and tire rotation instead. They also did not rinse off the car before we picked it up (which they've done in the past.) Car is running fine. They gave us a detailed breakdown of the other suggested fixes but it was too costly and we felt the vehicle didn't need the recommendations.

Typical auto dealership. I sent them an email with some specific comments about the vehicle and asked a couple questions and requested their best price on the vehicle. I received no response to my questions just an invoice with the advertised price plus they added a $300.00 window tint on top of it. Then a barrage of emails from numerous employees. If they don't listen they don't care.

Had LOF tire rotation and the request for Shock absorber check and repair on the windshield washers. Who is your washer was not prepared had to go back and the shocks were not looked at. What shouldve been a one hour LOL turned into a 3 1/2 hour wait at the dealership.

Leon, service adviser, and entire team were wonderful. Had lube, oil change, tire rotation and recalls completed in 1 1/2 hours. Leon made a point to keep me updated 1 hour in the service call and looked up all recalls eligible for my Jeep. Would highly recommend Airpark for your next Jeep service.

I had to wait for a long time for my servicer person to be found when I showed up for the appointment. I also was then forgotten when my oil change was done. The excuse was that it was so busy; he couldnt get away. There also wasnt any review of what was found or suggested for down the road maintenance wise after the oil change was completed.

The service was great except for two things:
1. The wait was awfully long. I dropped my car off at 9:45 AM and didn't leave the dealership until around 12:45 PM.
2. The service interval programmed into the car was not updated. So even though my oil change was performed I still have a light on the dash stating perform service.

These are inefficient dishonest people. They tried to charger me for a TUNE UP!! Although I had checked that they had the rare part and reserved it with the parts department, it took 3 days for them to find it. After spending more than $2,700.00 they returned a dirty car.

This service was for a factory recall. It took almost 2 years from the time of notification from Chrysler of the recall until the Airpark Jeep had the part(s). It wasn't until I wrote a letter to the government office in charge of recalls did the part magically appeared. What a surprise. In general, this dealership cares little about their customers (at least me) and in providing even average customer service.
