They were very polite, and it was wonderful to see a female in this business. I just wish they had tire rotation also, that would have been fantastic!

All they wanted to do was chat with the person in front of me about drinking and smoking. (The door was open and my vehicle windows were down) . They never asked which service I wanted. They didn't check my tire pressure, even tho the receipt said they were 40 lbs.

My car scraped bottom on entry and exit. Technicians only laughed about it. Never asked me if I wanted discount or Premium service and gave me Discount service which meant that they didnt have to do anything but oil change. Never going back and will warn others.
