Absolutely the WORST oil change experience ever. First it took 1.5 hours to get the oil change done and then when I got my Jeep back it was smoking like a train. I brought it immediately back to the dealership and they said the technicians had spilt oil on the manifold. They said they were going to clean it and they came back and got me. It was still smoking and I asked them to please clean it better. Next they locked my keys inside of my running Jeep... When I had spent over 3.5 hours at this dealership they finally said it was done. It was still smoking and smelled like burnt oil. The dealership sent me a text asking me to call the service manager if I was less than pleased with my recent service experience and I called and left him a message and never called me back. This place is a joke and they are not competent enough to complete a basic oil change.
