Still the best Acura service center in the Chicagoland area and I've tried most of them of the years. No pushy sales trying to get you to buy services you don't need. Efficient and pleasant service advisors. The dealership is long in the tooth and in need of remodeling but the same can be said for virtually all Acura dealerships these days.

I received great service from Rick Pennington. Acura's Customer Service Advisor. My MDX had a major engine failure and Rick and his service technician worked very hard to replace the faulty part and get me back on the road. Advantage Acura also provided me with a loaner car for three days at no additional charge. It was a very good experience.

Bought a brand new MDX from them in April. We had an issue with our phones connecting to the cars infotainment system 4 months later. Called them and they said drop it off rite away and gave us a rental. Couple hours later called and said come get it. Great dealership and great people to deal with. This is the best Acura service department in the Chicagoland area. They never try to push unnecessary maintenance work or upsell you on questionable value added services. Facilities are a bit dated and you have to stand at a desk to work with a service advisor but I would traded that inconvenience any day for quality proffesional service.

They scheduled me for the next day, gave me a loaner and had my repair done in one day for $300 less than the Acura dealer in Schaumburg quoted me. Great service, they take appointments and usually have you in and out within a couple of hours if you are waiting. Rick Pennington, Assistant Service Manager, is very professional and friendly.
