Jay and Tammy are very friendly...they were able to take our car in on the spot after we experienced car problems while on the road. They offered us a ride home but a long-time customer, who happened to be there, was able to give us a ride. They were recommended to us by our old mechanic who had retired. I can't say enough good things about this business! They are honest, fast and thorough. I needed my rack and pinion, tie rod and bearings replaced, they under promised and OVER delivered on the time frame expected to complete the job. My mechanic took the time to explain what needed to be done with video of the findings, I was also shown all the old parts replaced. I won't go anywhere else for my car repairs. I highly recommend them!

I called Advanced after I took my car to my dealer and I was getting quoted over 2k for front/back breaks and all new calipers. Turns out I didn't need all new calipers and I saved myself over $1,200.
Jay seems like he just tells you how it is without any bs or trying to upsell you on things you don't need.

I let him know why I'm bringing the car and he does a thorough inspection to find any other lurking problem then gives a realistic assessment of if/when they need to be addressed.
