As always they make sure the repair fixes the problem. After testing after the initial repair the problem was better but still had another intermittent issue. They fixed that too. Thankful they go the extra distance to ensure 100% repair is complete.

The guys are all courteous and friendly. I was surprised to have new rear shocks suggested when my car doesn't even have 50000 miles on it. They said I had a really bad leak. I got a second opinion and they were bone dry. I got to look at them myself. Disappointed to say the least

As we discussed, the photos we took of the Rear Shocks do show some fluid seepage and should be monitored at future visits. However, we should have been clearer in our communication to make sure you knew it was not a "really bad leak" and not an urgent issue to address right now...just something to be aware of and we will monitor it in the future.
