Always friendly and helpful. Took my car in for a brake job and a few other things and asked them to identify other problems. Found a few more things but no high pressure to fix as some places do. I have had other cases where they have suggested lower cost alternatives for repair elsewhere instead of (the only option) paying a fortune for OEM Honda parts. Very trustworthy!

I can't say enough good things about this company. Honest, professional, knowledgeable, fair. Been taking our Hondas there since we moved here in 2012. When others would aggressively upsell service my car doesn't need yet or at all, they tell me what's urgent and what can wait. They understand that it's better to earn a customer for life than to cheat a customer for a quick buck.

The folks at Advanced Auto Sciences are great! I took my 2020 Ridgeline to the dealer for a recall. They gave me a list of things that they said needed doing. I gave the list to AAS and they quoted prices that were 1/3 to 1/2 of the dealer price and after inspecting my car told me that some of the items on list were not needed yet. You can be sure that I will be going back when the time comes.

Very thorough, highly professional people you can count on. No upselling, just what you need. And always there when you need them. Recently my pilot was giving me a weird problem, was kinda scary. They saw my car immediately . Ended up being a false alarm and didn't need anything!

You always know you will only get the service that is really necessary (unlike a dealership that told me I needed new shocks).. I'm still driving (10k miles later) on the same ones that I had AAS check before having any work done. Used AAS for 10 years when I had my Fit and using them again now.
