Adams provides 1st Class customer service and workmanship. When I took my car in for a simple oil change, just hours before I was to fly out of town, they detected something potentially dangerous. Adams arranged and paid for for Uber rides for me to the airport, and then back home days later after my trip while they kept my car to fix the issue.
Their 3 year warranty on workmanship brings piece of mind as well.

I took my car in for a routine oil change during there inspection they found some additional repairs that needed to be done. They worked with my car warranty company to get the additional repairs completed. I was given a loaner vehicle while the repairs were completed. The team at Adams is very detailed. Highly recommend.

The rates are about the same as the dealership, but they use aftermarket parts. They promote themselves as transparent and offering excellent customer service, but they just repeat cheesy sales scripts when you ask specific and logical questions. They gave me a quote but couldn't tell me the labor rate stating it's a "packaged deal"

Excellent communication of service needs and progress of the two-day repair process. My service advisor Jay was particularly easy to deal with. I appreciated that they allowed me to see the damage to the vehicle prior to beginning work.
The tech even came in early to finish the job quickly enough to get me on the highway and on my way back home.

very poor service the proper diagnosis was not made and the Menekee shop on Gessner detected and fixed the problem. Dont plan on coming back to Adams again for any repair work and the charge fees is a lot and work not done well .Sorry for this poor performance rating
