Courtney is a true gem. She is always professional and welcoming. Even if the wait time is long you will be comfortable. You can relax on a chair in the waiting area, catch up on some reading or watch the new that's always playing. You can also enjoy a hot drink from their machine; cappuccino, latte, tea, coffee or hot chocolate.

The service was excellent as always. Advisor Courtney and Technician Dan are top notch. They are both personable and professional. Both Dan and Courtney show a level of respect to their customers that is rare these days. They are both highly appreciated. All is great at Acura of Valley. Their customer service is consistently pleasant. Sometimes the the wait time is longer than usual especially when they are busy. Service representative Courtney Jackson is in a league all by herself. She is super great at what she does.

Acura is extremely expensive. Just for a basic diagnostic, they charge $253.00 which makes absolutely no sense. And if your vehicle actually needs work, be prepared to pay an arm and a leg. Their prices are outrageously high, and it feels like a complete rip-off. Acura seriously needs to reconsider their pricing because right now, it's just unreasonable.

Victoria Dibiase is awesome . Very personable and put me at ease. She got me in on a recall fix after a year. Recommended a later appointment and I was in and out in no time . My car is getting older but I'm going to bring it there for my service needs .

Excellent service and communication. Service advisor Sigue was very helpful, provided daily updates and was able to get me into a loaner as well. Warranty team was also excellent and was able to cover parts and labor that fell under its jurisdiction. Was very please with the service provided

Fast quick service to change my motor oil and Transmission oil. The service manager, Sigue, would communicate with me as the car was being serviced which makes you feel the the mechanics are working on the car.
The waiting area is also very inviting and quiet as I logged into my job and conducted meetings. Good going Valley stream team. Thanks.

I purchased 4 new tires at TireRack and had them sent to VS Acura since it is the Acura Shop I have used in the past. It was a long day, waiting room was full so no 100 point inspection was done since all I needed was, my tires replaced and balanced.
