Went in for a tire balance and rotation ('22 TLX ASpec) which was pretty quick for the most part. Couple of days later I noticed one of the rims had paint scraped (looks like they used a screwdriver ) down to bare metal where they took wheel weights off. Not sure what the recommended tool is at Acura but I know it can't be whatever they used on factory painted wheels.

This is the 3rd time, the same error light has appeared in the last three months. On the last visit, the catalytic convertor was replaced and less than 30 days the same error message appears. I expected a better level of service from the dealership. I'm hoping this can get resolved.

Doug Ping provided excellent service as always. He worked me in for a tire and battery check without a previous appointment. Tire had a nail and small bubble requiring replacement and battery required replacement as well. Doug had me in and out of the service department in less than 2 hours. Great job!!

My service was excellent! From the moment I pulled my car in, to the end. I felt these guys are on their A game!! I choose Tempe Acura because the service is great! They know its not fun waiting but they make the environment comfy. Maddy knows her job. Shes very knowledgeable of cars (impressive) she loves her job and shes good at it!! You have to ask for all the details about the service. Seems that they are in a hurry to bill you. I bought maintenance care plan, but for some reason the service associate never knows it, I have to remind him every time after they give me an estimated amount for the service.

I've been given the run around too many times about my car. Told one thing is wrong so I paid to fix that. Then to find out the issue still persisted so they suggested something else, so I paid for that. 3rd time around and this issue still has not been resolved so they told me I need to fix the first thing AGAIN!! I'm done. I will not be taking my car back here for anything outside of an oil change ever again.

Have no had an issues getting maintenance done on my vehicle with Acura Tempe. They might be a tad more expensive but I feel more confident with having Acura techs work on my car. In fact, right after I bought my MDX from another used dealership. I brought it to Acura Tempe for a fluttering noise in the undercarriage, and they took care of it. The other dealership could not or didn't care to help.

Todd G. at Acura of Tempe is absolutely amazing. Hes always so welcoming, helpful, and courteous. The entire service department is absolutely wonderful and the gal that is the cashier is a delight. So helpful and nice. Love this team and this is my second Acura they are servicing.

The only good part of this place the sales guy was nice. The rest has been a nightmare. I STILL dont have my paperwork from the sale of this care. (The correct one. I was told to shred the first set, I kept it) Also, they misdiagnosed the issue completely on the car. Lucky for us, its not an Acura- and we are getting it properly serviced elsewhere.

Was given two tires out of courtesy however they broke one of my Tire pressure sensors, glued it back on and am yet to receive a resolution. I doubt I will, so overall terrible experience, inexperienced technicians. I wouldn't trust them with my car again.
