It's just A 5 Star Place from the service to the PARTS people to the counter people and to the general manager Steve class act took his time and talk with us and made us feel comfortable. Bought new Top of the line tires for my RLX. Car returned to me with absolutely filthy rims from their work didn't even take a rag and wipe them it would have made the tires look better. Also in 2 days left rear lost 10 pounds I went to Americas tire they replaced old wore out valve stem.

Unfortunately, I was quoted prices for something that should have been repaired under an extended warranty. I was charged for the diagnostic which showed a code that informed them of the extended warranty that would have been covered and I should not have been charged. I will never use this dealership!

Everything was completed in a timely matter and the staff were friendly and professional. The only complaint I have is that the fluids are supposed to be checked. A few days after my service was completed, I turned on my wipers to clean the windshield, and there was no wiper fluid.

This Service Department is the best! I have been taking my Acuras (3 MDXs over the past 10 years) there for maintenance and each time they have taken my car on time and called me when it was ready which was always a little earlier than they had promised.

Replacement part "ordered" out of stock, no ETA, no contact from Acura since.
