Over $500 for service that should cost half that. They say they changed the oil, but they did not reset the "oil life", which still says 40%. They called the next day and when I told them this they said they would have someone call me back to tell me how to reset it. they never did. They did provide a loaner car.

Steven is amazing, truly cares about his customers. Work is always done accurately. He stays in constant contact with you, you always know what's occurring, estimated time of completion and total cost. No shock at pick-up that the cost is more than previously communicated. We been customers for years and had have bad service a couple times before and we never complained. We understand things can go wrong time to time, just took the vehicle back so they could fix their mistakes. This time we had to complain because it was mayor damage to body paint and they didnt made their self responsible for it. Very sad to see there is no ethnics (honesty & accountability ) in the way they conduct business.

The service department showed tenacity and perseverance in finally locating and correcting a problem in our audio system that had existed since we bought the vehicle. They worked to get the warranty extended so that we would not have to pay for repairs that had been ongoing. I believe they showed service over and above.

Walked out dissatisfied with my experience overall. Showed up with a scheduled appointment and the keys to the car I had an appointment to see were no where to be found. I wont go into details but I bought my last car at this dealership and will never buy one here again.

Said it was going to be detailed not the case. Said they would fix warning light on dash not the case. Its still on. Said mechanic would check out the vehicle before I picked it up. Doubt that happened. They gave me a free oil change on next service. I wont take my truck there even for free.

Their salesman, Evan, lied about the condition of the vehicle. When I confronted him about it, his response was rude.
Then their sales manager told me hed have the wheels fixed, the paint touched up and then detailed. They did fix the wheels and touched some places up but no detailing was done. They simply cleaned the windows.

Acura of Peoria welcomes you and discusses all the maintenance that is due. For major maintenance they provide new loaner cars. It costs more for major service, but I feel confident that the service is being done right. Free coffee and snacks are always available. Everyone is helpful and friendly.

The services advisors have changed since Brijen left and the new gm and advisors are definitely trying to charge more for unnecessary services. I have been buying Acura's for years but since the new GM took over it seems this dealership has taken a few steps back.

These people are outstanding. The car comes back running well, they treat you as if you're their only customer. We're ready for a new car and have considered another make / brand but frankly Acura of Peoria makes us want to stay with an Acura! Yeah they're that good.

The windshield replacement was ok. The installer was less than professional.
I work from home as an IT Help Desk and I am in meetings often. I was told he would let me know, within 15 minutes, when he was arriving. Instead, he just showed up at my house. Not apologetic at all.

The people in the service department were amazing !! Thank you ! The 3 star rating is due to no shuttle service. Very poor customer perception. Im shocked that Acura Peoria does not offer shuttle service for its service department customers!! I had to Uber both ways cost me another $25 bucks !

Two times before repair was completed, the first time they took a look at the lift gate but said they would need to order the parts. The second time it was repaired and ready to go within about 15 minutes. I appreciate the prompt repair job as I was waiting and had to go back to work. Thank you.

Terrible. Called and received confirmation(twice) that they would replace my USB port due to intermittent USB error code and that the cords were in so tight that a needlenose pliers had to to used to extricate the cord. I drove 147 miles each way from my home in Flagstaff and they said they couldnt get an error code and so they couldn't do anything.
