They were late on time, I was told an 1.5, and it ended up being over 2 hrs. No car wash was provided after service. Very unfriendly, and rapport was attempted.i am not returning there for any service, I would rather drive to Pleasanton to get 100% customer service.

Michael gave us space to look around, but stayed close enough to answer all our questions. He wasn't pushy or over bearing which made the process pleasant. The financing process was pretty quick as well and we were off the lot with our new car in about an hour.

Had to wait 45 after my car was completed to pay and leave. Was told I have a code for cabin filter replacement but I "haven't driven much" so it can wait, but I have to have a break fluid flush.

I was told that service is free up to 48K/4yrs at the time of the purchase. It wasn't. At 15k miles they changed my differential oil, which was supposed to be changed at 30k.
