Intake lady was super nice. Explains the process for my recall work. Offered additional services without being pushy. Waiting room with TV, coffee, snacks (complimentary) and free Uber/Shuttle. I took the Uber, went and played golf and then they Uber'd new back when the work was done and i had finished my round. Bonus: They washed my car.

Answered all my questions, took it for a test drive. Joshsha showed me the difference in the shifting prosess on a mini and it is certainly different. They got me very close to the interest rate I wanted to be at. Just waiting for the rubber I asked them to replace and my detailing because the guy was out sick

Paul Furtado is the best! I have no complaints about the service itself. However, the "complimentary car wash" was very sloppy with missed spots, and apparently damaged my passenger side view mirror. I've never been disappointed like this in the past 30+ years of bringing in my Acuras for service.

They took me in on an emergency as my battery was dying. Also did a safety check as I waited for a new battery to be installed. They even checked to see if there was any warranty left on the old battery, which there was. The service agent was professional and friendly.

Service went downhill. Service advisor only cares about getting commission and doesnt care about customer. Had to talk to his manager to get it resolve. Manager who helped us was nice and apologetic. Loaner car they gave us was very dirty. They didnt vacuum or washed themcar before they gave us the loaner. Had sand from the beach and dog hairs inside.

I brought my car in for service as the maintenance minder light came on so it was time to change the oil. Mya took the time to explain what was the service techs would do besides just changing the oil. The service was fast and the car came back just as clean as when I brought it in. I've been to other places before and my car would come back with dirty fingerprints and smudges all over.

I am displeased with the product (2018 MDX). I brought in car prior for same reason and mechanics could not replicate the problem. I brought to car to another non- Acura mechanic and they found it was the battery, we did not replace because we wanted to give Acura business. Fantastic Service for my battery. I had to come in without an appointment because if I turned my car off...I would not be able to turn it back on without a jump. So, I had to stop in and get it changed without a reservation. I was in and out in 1 hour. Not only that but my service provider looked up the warranty I had on the battery. It was still valid so I received it for free. Definitely a pleasant surprise.
