Excellent service knowledge, very accommodating, service completed on time. It was an all day service and the only drawback is that no car loaner was available.

After 2 trips in with appointments scheduled well in advanced, they failed to order the part needed for an active recall. Then after finally getting it in they claimed they needed the car for 24 hours to do what is supposed to be a 30 minute fix. Worst customer service ever received at a dealer. Will never take our car there again.

I like the service dept staff who interact with me at the dealership...they are top notch. Honest and under-promise and over deliver. What I really don't like are the Ai bots...they are a horrible substitute for talking with someone....Every time I call, it seems like I am forced to communicate with a Ai agent and I always come away very dissatisfied.
