The lady who handled my service wasn't courteous at all and was acting as if I was annoying her by asking questions about the bill/recommendation that she texted me. Because I was confused that she sent me recommendations that we agree on the phone that was already done and covered b/c my car has less than 50k miles.. I don't usually go to this dealership but unfortunately I moved and they are the closest to my home.

Pleased with the service and with David H., the technician. However, the past two visits, I haven't received a courtesy car wash & vacuuming. Also, I am disappointed Carland Acura dealership charges a Convenience Fee using a credit card for payment. In addition, clients were not notified clients in advance about the change in Method of Payment.

Went for an oil change and to also rotate my tires. Service was done promptly and the service manager was super great. He listed everything before hand and brought up suggested maintenance at 35K miles without being pushy and obnoxious.
Overall, great experience and I will continue to service my Acura there.

Went in for transmission issues I was told it was the throttle body and it need to be changed when in fact they didn't change it they only cleaned it costing me $355 just for a cleaning very disappointed because the transmission issues still remain and the factory warranty is up when it hits the r70000

Service people and tech were all great. However, Acura Carland may have now lost a customer who has purchased 6 vehicles from them. Acura Carland decided to charge a 3% fee if you use a credit card and don't notify you before service and will not take a personal check-must be certified. Not a good way to do business and if there are business issues perhaps they should find a way to solve them before alienating customers.

It was not as good as other appointments. The car didn't get cleaned up like we were told it would, and the tech called with the total and said we could get a discount if we brought cash. When we arrived the first question was if we brought cash. It felt weird. The total was over $700 and we got the call when it was ready for pickup, so it wasn't like there was a lot of time to pull that out from an atm. Just a weird feeling.0

Our most recent visit to Acura car service was to have a tire replaced because of a nail in one of the back tires. We did not have an appointment, but Akanu provided prompt attention to our circumstance. He even walked with me to find my car after it was serviced and took the car to be cleaned because the area of the serviced tire had not been washed.

I had a recall issue with my radio. David Howell, my Service Advisor, immediately arranged for a loaner for my use during the repair. It took two days to obtain the parts and do the repair but the MDX they provided was a real pleasure to drive. My car was ready on day two, I returned the loaner and was on my way with my car and my radio working great.

David took great care of me for maintenance, and getting repairs on a dinged wheel that was covered under my protection plan. He actually had the refinisher do all four wheels, so it was above and beyond expectations. I feel very respected and honored when I am there!
