This was the first time that I didn't stay and wait on my truck when I got back the guy at the front desk was nice but this is the second time that I paid I gave them older guys my payment when he got done he laid it on the counter and then when he got done with the receipt he also put it on the counter if y'all don't want our business say so and I know for myself I can go somewhere else and they didn't do what I asked them to do

Thus service center is horrible. Their oil change service is very expensive, supposedly because it includes a 21-point inspection. I went to get an oil change for my Buick Encore and they tell me everything's okay but I took off the skid plate underneath my car and saw red fluid dripping from my car's water pump.

A sensor had gone out on the drive to the appointment. They were able to add a time slot for that to be fixed.
I do miss the printout of the checklist. That was always very helpful to know when to schedule other appointments and to see what was done. Please reinstate that.

I had a service bulletin regarding the brake booster vacuum pump. It needed to be replaced under extended warranty. I called on Monday and they asked if I could bring it in on Friday morning at 8 am. It was repaired and ready for me to pick up at 3 pm!! Great service and super nice people!!

The team at Action GMC always does a great job. They're customer friendly, talk over what needs to be done, and tell you if something you think is needed really isn't. Their drop-off program is convenient, and they'll also do their best to work you in at the last minute if you plan to wait for service.
